Salary: £28,000 – £30,000 Basic DOE + Commission (Realistic OTE £48,000)

We are seeking an outgoing individual to join our M&E client based in Chorley. No experience is required in the sector, although this would be an advantage.

We are looking for a people person who enjoys having conversations to build a relationship. This person will already have experience of building and nurturing relationships, but does not have to come from Business Development in construction background – we are recruiting based on attitude and transferable skills.
Our client has their own construction networking group which you will also be responsible for; hosting fortnightly meetings, increasing members and ensuring it runs smoothly.
Developing relationships with members, future prospects and referrers is essential for this role to be successful. There will be activity based targets to help you achieve your overall sales targets.
